THRIVING IN BABYLON: THE BOOK OF DANIEL
The book of Daniel isn’t just a story about surviving lions and fiery furnaces — it’s a guide for thriving in a world that feels far from God. From the palace courts of Babylon to the depths of the lion’s den, Daniel and his friends lived with conviction, courage, and hope in the middle of cultural pressure and spiritual darkness. This 9-week series will walk through the most powerful and practical moments in Daniel’s life to help us discover how to stand strong, live faithfully, and flourish in a culture that often stands against God. Thriving in Babylon is more than possible — it’s what we’re called to.

BAPTISMS
Baptism is a chance to publicly declare that you are now a follower of Christ, that your sins have been washed away, and that you have new life. BIRTHDAY SUNDAY
Birthday Sunday is next week! Anthem is turning 9 and we’re throwin’ it back to the 90’s with a party! There will be some surprises in service, we will have baptisms, a message from Pastor Brad, a pop-up shop selling our Birthday Collection, and some fun in the lobby. We can’t wait to party with our Anthem fam. Let’s celebrate BIG.

PARENTING EVENT
Do you feel the pressure as a parent to be perfect and get it all right? The truth is, parenting is tough. God’s heart is for us to thrive—not just survive. Come hang out for a night packed with encouragement, practical tips, and faith-filled tools to help you parent your kiddos with confidence. There will be good food and time to connect with other parents. A main session with Pastor Brad and breakout sessions to pick from: Connection before Correction, Building Resilient Children, or Preparing your children for launch.

GO GLOBAL: CASAS POR CRISTO FALL 2025
Anthem Church is taking a team to Juarez, Mexico, and partnering once again with Casas Por Cristo to build a home in Jesus’ name for a family in need! The trip dates are October 13-17, 2025. The cost is $850 per person; scholarship help is available if needed. Grab your passport and let’s GO! The trip is open to all. Contact Doug Meyer for more details.
ANTHEM SCHOOL OF DISCIPLESHIP
Anthem Family, our desire is to equip you on your journey to FOLLOW JESUS + SHARE HIS STORY! The Anthem School of Discipleship is a digital discipleship ministry that consists of self-paced, online courses intended to serve as a catalyst for spiritual transformation. These thoughtfully curated classes equip people of all ages, backgrounds, and spiritual maturity.
The school will consistently release new courses that are self-paced, easily accessible, and free! Each session includes video teaching, an application guide, and reflection questions. We invite you to begin your journey HERE!
